How can I combine my items to save on shipping? For fastest service, buy one item then click "checkout" to add any of our items to your order for less than the Buy It Now price AND take advantage of our automatic combined shipping discounts! We use Infopia's secure, eBay approved checkout for your convenience. Combined shipping discounts will be automatically applied for all items won/purchased within 3 days of each other and paid for together. When you have won all items you intend to purchase, simply click on "checkout" from the item page or your My eBay page to pay for your auctions. Please remember that items must be paid for all in one order to combine shipping.
Yes! We ship WORLDWIDE except where noted in our Legal Disclaimer for stun guns, pepper spray, and some defense items.
Yes! For USA orders we offer both USPS First Class or Priority Mail. For international orders, we offer International First Class or Global Priority Mail. We ship daily Monday - Friday within 24hrs of cleared payment.
Delivery times vary by delivery method and time of year. Average transit times are listed below:
Priority Mail (USA): 2-3days We are located in Bethlehem, PA so the closer you are to our location, the faster delivery should be. Please see the US Postal Service website or UPS website for further details on average transit times.

We cannot accept any carrier account numbers for shipment. All shipping charges must be paid through our order process prior to shipment.
We process all paid orders promptly but do not guarantee delivery dates. All couriers may experience longer transit times during holidays. Please check with UPS or USPS for recommended shipment dates for holiday delivery. Returns are only accepted for nonworking/defective items and only on orders that purchased shipping insurance (No Insurance = No Return). If you purchased insurance and received a defective item, email us within 3 days of item receipt. If we can't solve your problem, we'll email you a Return Authorization Number, then you simply send the product back to us - with all parts, materials and original packaging - for a prompt refund. Shipping and insurance fees are nonrefundable. If an item is returned in working condition, abused or missing components we reserve the right to charge a 25% restock fee or refuse the return. How do I return an item under warranty? Please email us for Warranty Return Instructions. Do not simply return the item to us, as some manufacturers require return directly to them. We will email Warranty Return Instructions specific to your particular item(s).

Pepper Spray Pepper Spray is legal in all 50 states, however a number of cities and states have restrictions on sizes, strengths, where they can be purchased, etc. If you have a question, it is wise to contact your local police department as these laws change frequently.
Wisconsin - prohibits OC content greater than 10%, combination mixtures (such as UV dye), and sizes greater than 60g (2.1 oz). We do NOT ship pepper spray to Wisconsin as most of our mixtures are too potent. Michigan - prohibits OC content greater than 2%, combination mixtures (such as UV dye), and sizes greater than 35g (1.2 oz). We do NOT ship pepper spray to Michigan as most of our mixtures are too potent. California - prohibits sizes greater than 2.5oz (70g). We will ship pepper spray to California, but will NOT ship any size larger than 2.5oz (70g). Any orders not following the guidelines above will be canceled and refunded. No exceptions. We invite legal submissions to help us keep abreast of these laws. If you feel we are in error, please submit documentation so that we can adjust our policies.
